2B she is the least familiar with handguns and the Para has the most redundant safeties.
3A if she can handle the LCP she can handle the CW9.
Good luck.
C – 1
B – 3
A – 2
These guns are all 9mm so it really makes no difference accept for the size of the actual weapon.
C-1 Somewhat more safety from kids.
B-2 Very good home-protection.
A-3 Concealability.

If not, then person B who only has a taurus P22 would get first pick. Person A, with a 38 special and a 380, is much better prepared, but is very much on the light end of ‘good manstopper’ so i’d give that person second pick. Person C is probably best off with the glock 19, so that person gets third pick. This is good for him as it gives him a spare weapon, this way if he ever uses his CCW, and it is take by the police as evidence in the investigation, he will still be able to defend is family
