you must be a citizen of Mexico, no exception. Then u would have to declare it at the border. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT UNLESS U ARE A CITIZEN OF MEXICO , OR U LIKE JAIL. SORRY BUT THAT’S THE ANSWER.
I am not sure…just spit-balling here. You might consider getting a "dealer’s license". If you are a gun dealer you often get more ‘lee-way’ in these matters.
