It should be fine, but you’ll want to get a letter from the court in AZ showing it was dismissed to reduce any delays if DPS has to go looking for that on their own. It’s probably worth a call to DPS to ask exactly what paperwork they will need, since the process takes long enough as it is without adding a delay for more information.
