Any Martial Artists do concealed carry?

I just completed the training and am awaiting my license. I qualified for .357 and below in revolvers and .45 and below in semi-auto. I plan on probably carrying a .357 snubnose. My reasons for carrying are simply because I want to walk into a room, and I want to know that myself and everyone around me is safer. If I’m ever with my girlfriend, or my parents or any other family members, I want to know they are safe. I’m not gonna leave it to chance and rely soley on my MA training. I’m gonna rely on the sure fire thing *no pun intended* and thats to carry a firearm. You’re thoughts??

Do any bolt action hunting rifles have magazines?

I’m starting to look at .30 caliber rifles for hunting deer mostly maybe elk. My friend has a semi-auto 30-06 and likes it, but I’m thinking along the lines of a bolt action. My main question is how common are rifles that size with a magazine that can hold 4 or 5 shots. I like the idea of having a few more shots on hand loaded in the gun without having to reach for another bullet. Thanks in advance!!

I need some advice, if you have a cat c (auto / pump action) firearm license in WA please explain what you had to do to get it? What is your genuine reason for having this category of gun, and what was your reason why a firearm of category A or B would be inadequate or unsuitable for the purpose? Just interested as to what it takes to get a (semi) auto license in western australia. I cant believe pump actions are restricted but lever actions not so. A gun is only as dangerous as the person holding it.

What are some good cheap but dependable semi auto hunting rifles?

Im looking to do some hog hunting and would prefer a semi auto rifle. I’ve heard of people using SKS’ and AKs but I would like to know some other suggestions. The caliber doesn’t matter but obviously a 22 won’t do also not looking to spend a arm and a leg. Thanks

Firearms License Questions?

I was wondering……I have made plans to start machining my own firearm….my plans look like a semi-auto 9mm rifle but the overall length is not 26" and the barrel is not 15"….in all its about 20"….I’d like to take a while to make my first one and then just over time build about 10 to give to my family…..What license would I need? I am applying now for a FFL license but do I need a class 2 manufacturers license? and to sell them would I need a class 3 license? I think class 3 costs 0 dollars but what about the manufacturers? And would I have to renew and pay that amount ever single year? I live in Texas by the way….would my family need to get licenses to own the guns?
If I extended it would I just need to have a class 2 license?

I recently bought a new Ameetec Arms ar15 rifle at a gun show. I currently have a concealed handgun license for my pistol but want to know if I have to have one for this gun. I am assuming not, since it’s just a semi-auto rifle and the seller did not say anything about one. I want to know because I always have it in my car when going to the range and going home from school.
