I was placed on probation when I was 21 for possession of a firearm without a license to carry. The gun was registered in my name but the only thing I didn’t have a license. Someone called 911 stating that I looked suspicious because I was digging in my pocket. I was walking to my father’s house to leave the gun there. Before I could reach his house, a police officer ran up to me with his hand on his gun telling me to put my hands up. I felt like he didn’t have a justified reason to search me and he treated me unfairly. I was eventually charged with a misdemenaor and placed on 5 yrs probation. I’m trying to figure out if I could get off probation early and I need to get my record expunged. But I still have like 3 yrs to serve,but I can not find a good job and need help and answers

i went to jail for a day under disorderly conduct and public intoxication under a class c misdemeanor. they gave me 6months probation and i guess they were settled. can i still get my license?

Back in 07 I went and did the class for a concealers permit for a firearm and fingerprinting,paid the money for the application and everything well i caught a charge after all that they sent me a paper saying its on hold ,well im off probation now and they withheld the felony charge how do i go about getting it back and who do i call?

I have a friend who got pulled over and was 4 hundredths over the legal limit for "under the influence" (it’d been 2 hours since he had anything to drink). He’s in the process of trying to get an FFL to run a business. I was wondering if this would affect his background check. It’s his first offense and all and he hasn’t gone to court yet to determine if there’s any way they’ll let it off his record – classes, probation, suspended license.

I received felony probation,in Florida, for carrying a concealed firearm with no prior arrest or convictions. If i serve my time and pay my fines after i am released can i still purchase a firearm and get a permit to carry.
I received Adjudication withheld for the charge.
