Could a canadian legally buy handguns from a federal firearms license in the US if…..?

They have been in the Unites States for over 90 days, have a hunting license in the state they are in, have recieved an admission number from the departmant of homeland security, and can provide the FFL with proof that they have been in the US for 90 days. I know it is legal to purchase firearms if all of these requirements are met, I am just wondering if there are any restrictions on what kind of firearms you may purchase.
So there is a law that specifically specifies that handguns may not be purchased even if all of these criteria are met? Could you please show me that law.

i will be purchasing a 0 firearm online. i would like to have an outside estimate from someone else. I have a grand total of 0. thats the cost of the firearm, 3% charge for using Credit Card, and FFL transfer. i live in ohio so add sales tax if i need it.
will use Credit card because i dont trust money orders.

Is a license required to give someone firearms instructions in California?

I have been shooting and hunting for over 15 years and am very well versed on firearms safety and operation. I would like to offer lessons to new shooters in the area, but don’t know if a license is required to do so.
It would not be for anything official. Just a service to teach proper handgun safety, how to shoot, etc… Then let them shoot a variety of different handguns.

FFL Procedure question?

I’d like to order an AR-15 from Spikes Tactical. It’d be my first rifle and first (maybe second) firearm purchase. I’m just not sure what exactly to do as far as the FFL. They already have one in my city on file but I’ve never personally visited the store. The one I went to get my license to purchase handguns was a different store entirely. Basically I’m looking for help on if I should just order it since they have the FFL holder’s info on file and when it gets to the my local FFL holder (the gun shop) I’ll just get a call to go pick it up or should I let the gun shop know ahead of time that I want to order from X company ahead of time and then put the order in? Basically I’m looking for the answer to this question….Does the FFL holder have to know that they’re going to receive an online order before said order is delivered to them? I’m not really new to guns just new to buying guns. I just turned old enough to purchase last month. Thanks.

Is it legal to take away rights to bare arms on a rental property?

We live in euclid, ohio and are renting an apartment through K&D properties which has recently had a higher crime rate in our building. My husband works night shift and is not comfortable with me staying home at night 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old while apartments are being broken into and people are fighting outside and in our hallways. I understand the leasing office is not responsible for this crime, but then we started to hear knocks and someone banging on the walls and door of our apartment all hours of the night. He wanted to purchase a gun to keep in our apartment suite for safety. This gun would be legally licensed and kept out of reach as only to be used in the uppermost emergencies. When we brought this issue up with our leasing office they claimed we can not have a gun or any type of weapon in our apartment suite and showed us a clause in our lease that we signed that read the following:

FIREARMS/CONCEALED WEAPONS: No deadly weapons, firearms, handguns, or other dangerous ordnance are permitted on the property, in the common areas, or in your suite reguardless of weather you, any occupant or guest is carrying a valid licenses or temporary emergency license issued pursuant to the law of any state.
I understand we did sign the lease, but at the time we did not know it was going to be an issue and the leasing office never told us that we was waiving our rights to bare arms.

We feel this takes away our right to bare arms in our home. We also think this is against state & housing laws as well as the constitutional amendments.
So my question is this: Is our apartment leasing office legally allowed to tell us that we can not have a licensed gun in our apartment suite or is this against the law. If it is will we be able to get out of our lease with no personalities and move to a safer area.
EDIT: our leasing office is trying to charge us 6 months of rent at 0 per month, 0 early termination fee and keep our security deposit if we break our lease.
Because of this possibly breaking our constitutional rights can we get out of the lease without having to pay so much.

Can Jehovah witness own handguns/hunting rifles for hunting purposes?

Well, the hunting season comes year round and i remember this guy hunting alone saying he was a jehovah witness.

He said he didn’t eat chicken or beef "by his view" because he didn’t know how they were being killed. Also he said something about not eating blood, and his view he wanted his meat to be killed by himself knowing that the animal had a chance, and also that he could spill the blood properly.

Now, i wasn’t sure JW’s could go hunting….

But can they own handguns/hunting rifles (even bow and arrows?) for hunting purposes?

What about other puproses?

Texas firearm regulations?

I am 18 years old, but I am a little unclear on what some of the regulations are as far as owning handguns and rifles in Texas. I probably won’t end up buying a firearm anytime soon, but I would like to know a little more so I don’t break any laws, such as transporting them incorrectly (people tell me different things, that they have to be unloaded and in plane view, or just simply out of reach but can be loaded, it gets confusing).

So I guess were starting from the ground up. What are the age requirements for owning different types of firearms? How does one go about transporting different types of firearms from the dealer to his home, or even if they are moving? Are background checks involved? Because I know I can pass that no problem. I do know that to apply for a concealed handgun license, i need to be 21.

I know it is probably best to enroll in an actual gun safety course so I’ll most likely end up doing that first. But any information on rules + regulations is greatly appreciated, I don’t really know much except for what my father taught me about handling firearms (you know, the usual precautions and etiquette), but his communications are down overseas so I can’t talk to him right now. If there’s an expert that can explain these topics in depth or provide a website that can answer all my questions, I would be very grateful.

In Utah how old do you have to be to open and concealed carry a firearm.?

The age for buy long guns is 18, and you can buy/receive handguns at 18 from a private sale/gift.
So how old do you need to be to open carry and concealed carry a pistol or long gun. And what about a SBB (short barreled shotgun, or sawed-offed shotgun)
21 for what? Long guns? Hand guns?

Are there exceptions for carrying firearms due to profession?

I own a business which works directly with peace officers and public officials. I do not think I am eligible for a CHL (concealed carry license) due to a prior conviction which is a misdemeanor and was deferred adjudicated for 2 felonies. Just FYI- these offenses occurred 6 years ago and countless major adjustment have been made to my character and lifestyle.

I know there are rights granted to persons in occupations within protective services. However, I do not know what exactly falls under that category.

I am able to purchase and carry (IN MY CAR AND HAS TO BE CONCEALED (I live in Texas)), However with my direct contact with police officers on a business relationship- are there any exceptions that might provide me with the right to carry weapons and what kind of weapons if so.

***I do not want to ask a random client for obvious reasons, however they might be able to answer this question****
