At what point does a person who is selling a gun required to have a firearms dealer license? Let say I have a gun I want to sell, I do not need such a license. However if I wish to buy and sell guns on a regular basis, I imagine I would need such a license. I would like to hold an auction in Oklahoma and would like to sell guns. Do I need an FFL to do this? If I don’t get an FFL can I use an auctioneer that has an FFL to get this done legally?

Im an 18 year old female and I have a sex offender living on my street and his risk level is high. I always see him driving around and always outside, i just have a bad feeling about him. Also if i move into an apartment alone i just feel safer with a gun.
my father has guns (shotgun,9mm)
I was just wonder how old to you have to be to get the license and if Im to young what rights to i have just in case (i know this is rare)but i have to use it.

Im a gun owner. I have a Concealed Handgun License.
Obama and liberal Judges seem to think we as Americans should not have firearms.
I will say I will not peacefully hand over my guns. The only way to get my guns will be over of my dead body.
I would say there are a lot of so called redneck gun toting americans that feel the same way I do.

Can anyone get an FFL? Or do you have to own a gun store or something? If so how would you go about doing it?
Is there any benefit to have an FFL or the Collectors license? like can you get cheaper prices or anything?
Yea basically I’m just trying to figure out a way to purchase guns online without the need of transferring the gun to an FFL dealer because I’m tying to save money and avoid the hassle of going through extra steps

I know their are tons of american gun companies, but how many of them make their guns here? I hear remington has done some outsourcing to turkey, weatherbys are made in japan along with some Browning’s, winchesters are made in europe and japan. I think that rugers are the only ones left(I hope I am wrong), do you know of any others?
