Fish Says:
If you have been convicted of a felony or any offense involving domestic violence you will never get a concealed carry permit.
becksbear Says:
You have to have a honorable discharge in the state I live in. There is a chance, that person will not be able to obtain a concealed weapons permit.
Mitch Conner Says:
That depends on your states laws on concealed weapons. For instance, you could serve 30 years in the Army, be a 3 star General, then retire and move it Illinois and you still couldn’t carry a concealed pistol.
Glenn H Says:
well that depends on what state you are in. i dont’; think it would matter why you got discharged to get the permit.. and a military backround it would be easier i would think. i know in ohio if you have a domestic violence or a felony you are not eligible to get one
annie Says:
i hope people who fail drug tests cant get weapons.
I dont want a stoned idiot carrying a concealed weapon.
and "THIS PERSON" is an idiot. good luck finding a good job in the future.

No never, once you fail the Army by drugs that goes into your Federal records, you can’t even ask for Fedreal funds for college education,or join any other Fderal Agency.
The Army spend a lot of money recruiting and training posible soldiers; so when one of them get busted for ilegal stuff, they make sure the record of that person get black listed for life.
