You don’t need a license for that, especially in PA.
Where are you from, England? You don’t need a license any more than to buy a can of soup.
Well if it is a .22 rifle just need to be 18 with no felonies. If it is a .22 pistol you need to have a permit to conceal unless you keep the bullets and the gun totally separate from each other (gun in cab with you and bullets in the trunk, it has to be a 3 step process to load your pistol without you requiring a permit to carry)
No license to buy needed here in PA.
