A CHL.. means that you can carry a gun with you everywhere you go… as long as it is concealed. Like i could walk into Walmart with a gun strapped on me, but no one would be able to see it. Whats your opinion on that. Just would like to see what people would say about it.

I don’t want to lose the original pink license, can I make a copy and keep it on me all the time? is this a valid proof of my illegibility to possess a firearm?

Im an 18 year old female and I have a sex offender living on my street and his risk level is high. I always see him driving around and always outside, i just have a bad feeling about him. Also if i move into an apartment alone i just feel safer with a gun.
my father has guns (shotgun,9mm)
I was just wonder how old to you have to be to get the license and if Im to young what rights to i have just in case (i know this is rare)but i have to use it.

I am a NYC resident and considering purchasing a handgun to keep in my home. I read that it costs 0/year for a handgun license, which I am unable to afford.
Is the license requirement enforceable since the Supreme Court issued its landmark 2nd amendment ruling last month? What happens if I buy a gun in New Hampshire and don’t tell anybody?

I’m national guard, and I’ve heard that Military you don’t have to be 21 to get a CHL. Is that true for National Guard as well? This applies to Texas laws.
