They have been in the Unites States for over 90 days, have a hunting license in the state they are in, have recieved an admission number from the departmant of homeland security, and can provide the FFL with proof that they have been in the US for 90 days. I know it is legal to purchase firearms if all of these requirements are met, I am just wondering if there are any restrictions on what kind of firearms you may purchase.
So there is a law that specifically specifies that handguns may not be purchased even if all of these criteria are met? Could you please show me that law.
