Back in 07 I went and did the class for a concealers permit for a firearm and fingerprinting,paid the money for the application and everything well i caught a charge after all that they sent me a paper saying its on hold ,well im off probation now and they withheld the felony charge how do i go about getting it back and who do i call?

If you don’t know that a Concealed Weapon License is NOT called a concealers permit, you have more issues with your license than the conviction. The paper stating your APPLICATION, not license, was on hold should explain what you must do to restated the process.
