What is the best way to inform an Officer that you have a gun, when being pulled over? I’m always scared that the cop will flip out draw his gun, and scream "GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW!" when I legally have a firearm concealed on me.

Pull your gun out first, and let him see it. He will then know you are armed, and his training will tell him what to do.
You do not have to say anything at all unless you are asked specifically .Then you tell them you are a concealed carry permit holder witha weapon.
I just hand my carry permit along with my license and say clearly, "I am (am NOT) carrying." I’ve never had any problems and no cop has ever drawn down on me.
Some states require you to show your permit whenever you are stopped and asked for ID.
They don’t teach you that in the class? Give him your CWP permit along with your license Registration. He will likely call it in to verify it. Beyond that you can’t control another persons reaction.
You should remain calm, with your hands clearly visible to the officer (such as on the steering wheel). You should never reach for the weapon, but should inform the officer as to its location as well as the location of the permit.
You may be ordered onto the ground, as you fear, if the officer perceives that you’re a threat. If that happens, comply with the officer’s directions. If you are legal, it will all be straightened out soon.
Well you don’t have to tell the officer. Just when you hand your paperwork and ID over to them hand them your permit also….. Thats what I would do.

This should have been taught to you in your class. The laws vary from state to state; for example, contrary to another answer I just read here, in my state, it is REQUIRED that you inform a law enforcement officer that you have a permit and a weapon on your person or in your vehicle in ANY contact with him (or her). The safest, and smartest, way to do this in, for example, a traffic stop situation, is to have both hands in PLAIN SIGHT (on top of the steering wheel, or right hand on steering wheel and left hand on door sill after you’ve rolled the window down), and advise the officer CALMLY that you have a concealed carry permit and a gun. Don’t freak out and shout "I HAVE A GUN!!" and by all means DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT "SHOW" the officer the gun first like an idiot suggested as an answer. You WILL get shot if the officer has any sense and/or reflexes. Just stay calm, advise the officer you have a permit and are carrying a concealed weapon, and follow instructions at that point to present your Drivers License and Permit. DO NOT take the gun out unless instructed to do so. The officer might request to secure the weapon during the stop, and might remove it from your person or vehicle for his safety until the stop has concluded (after all, just because you have a permit, it doesn’t mean your wife didn’t just cheat on you and you’re about to go insane and start acting crazy). Hope this helps.
They really should have taught you this in class
Step one: Be courteous always.
Step two: Keep hands on steering wheel when officer approaches.
Step three: Greet officer and inform them that you have a CCW permit and are carrying a weapon on your person
Step four: Follow instructions exactly as told.
Do not:
Argue your constitutional right to carry a firearm. They know the constitution. If need be, the place to argue is a court of law, not the streets
Reach for the gun ever. Let the officer get it if they so choose
Be disrespectful
Complain if they take the gun and unload it and tell you not to touch it until they leave
Remember this is about your and the officer’s safety. Last thing you want is a misunderstanding. You will lose.
Finally check your states law regarding officer notification. In the state of Missouri, and others I am sure, you do NOT have to notify the officer When the officer runs your license, they will be informed of the CCW. The officer may be more cautious when dealing with you if you were not upfront about your permit. In addition, having the CCW permit and weapon alone does NOT give them probable cause to search the rest of the vehicle. Most officers know this and respect it, but you never know who you may run into.
Don’t wait for the officer to come up to your car, jump out of the vehicle first and approach the officer’s car backwards with your pants down, hands behind your head, while screaming "Don’t shoot, I have a license to kill!" repeatedly.
Hope this helped.
