There is no such thing as a "hunting rifle" as opposed to a "non-hunting rifle". A rifle is simply a tool that sends a projectile downrange to whatever you choose to be shooting at at that moment. The infamous Ruger Mini-14 in front of Congress is a fine example of that.
An AK is a weapon designed for battle….but a Saiga (a lightly modified AK) is designed primarily to hunt with. Both the AK and the Saiga can be had in bullpup configuration.
ANY semi-auto rifle can be installed into a bullpup stock. What you choose to use it for then dictates it’s function as a hunting or a non-hunting rifle.
